BCG goes live on Facebook to answer your questions! Join us to hear from two advanced degree BCGers who made the transition into consulting and what it's been like working at BCG.
BCG Ranks #1 on Consulting Magazine's "Best Firms to Work For"
For the third consecutive year, BCG has earned the top spot in Consulting magazine's"Best Firms to Work For" survey. BCG is the only firm to appear on the list every year since the survey debuted in 2001 and has always ranked within the top five.
"There's simply no denying that BCG is the very best consulting firm to work for right now" said Joseph Kornik, Consulting magazine's
publisher and editor-in-chief. "That level of consistency is very difficult to achieve, but BCG has done it again. BCG leadership deserves plenty of credit for the firm's success."
BCG Takes the Equal Pay Pledge
At BCG, we have a long-standing commitment to equal opportunity. We believe the best ideas and greatest impact come from diverse perspectives and experiences. BCG strives to be a place where all individuals are welcomed and given the opportunity to succeed and achieve their full potential.
At BCG, achieving our diversity and inclusion goals is everyone's responsibility. We offer global best-in-class career development, mentorship, networking programs, and unconscious bias training, and are continuously seeking ways to improve in building diversity in the firm. We are proud to join with other companies in supporting equal pay for equal work.
BCG is one of 28 companies which signed the White House's Equal Pay Pledge.
